Please be aware that we can only sell deactivated firearms, inert ordnance and edged weapons to people who are over 18 years of age. Replicas and Blank Firers are sold according to the VCR Act. By agreeing to our terms and conditions when ordering, you are stating that it is legal for you to purchase replicas or blank firers under the terms of the VCR Act. This also applies to any UK law pertaining to deactivated firearms or inert ordnance. For edged weapons, we require that you email us a copy of your passport or driving licence.
From 12/12/19, and under the new UK Firearms Regulations 2019, Arundel Militaria has a legal requirement to notify the Home Office of any sales of deactivated firearms that are deactivated to the latest EU specification (EU Spec 2018/337). This notification includes the purchaser's name and address, along with the make, calibre, and serial number of the deactivated firearm being transferred. By purchasing from us, you agree to us sharing this information as required by law. There is no requirement to send a further notification of possession, as this will be covered by the notification we send (see point 29 of the above linked document). If in future you transfer this deactivated firearm, you will need to complete a notification. Forms for this are available here.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before any goods can be dispatched.
All Credit and Debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express and can be made via the secure website checkout or by phone, bank transfers are also offered as a means of payment.
Delivery
Responsibility for the goods purchased passes to purchaser upon delivery. We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered.
Delivery will be made by a Parcelforce Secure AM service, which is a dedicated secure firearms service, all items must be signed for by the addressee and are delivered within normal business hours.
Arundel Militaria does not have retail premises [shop] which are open to the public; it is primarily an internet- based business.
Arundel Militaria does have business premises in Mid Wales which can be visited by invitation and by prior appointment. This would normally be arranged to enable customers to purchase, examine or collect items of our stock and importantly, to sell items to the business.
The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout stage or stated at the time of purchase if ordered via phone.
All delivery is subject to stock availability. Please note that although we make every effort to keep our website up to date it is possible that an item offered for sale may have been sold or become unavailable before we have updated the site. In this case we will advise you accordingly and return any payment made and work with you to find an alternative.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Money Back Guarantee
Goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. The refund for a cancelled contract will be made within 30 days.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
All payments made, with the exception of postage costs will be refunded. All items returned must be in the same condition as dispatched, if there is any damage, alteration, disassembly or tampering then Arundel Militaria reserves the right to decline to refund payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Photo ID may be requested to order certain products. Arundel Militaria retains the right to refuse a sale at our discretion, for any reason whatsoever. This supersedes all other terms and conditions above.
