Deactivated FN M1924 Carbine

This is a Belgium made FN M1924 carbine. The design is based on the German Mauser 98 action and uses the same bolt action and receiver. Note the Nazi marked "Eagle 37" extractor ring. This carbine dates from no earlier than 1937 with production continuing after WWII.
