Inert WWII 50mm German Mortar Round

This is a WWII German 50mm mortar round complete with fuse. The fuse is dated 1943 and the makers code is "auf "= Metall-, Guss- und Presswerk, H. Diehl, Nuernberg. The fuse type is Wgr Z.T. The body of the shell retains much of its original wartime paint and is dated 1944 with the maker / ordnance codes. The 50mm mortar was called the Granatwerfer 36.
