A great condition Pre Falklands War, British Army S.U.I.T. ( Sight Unit Infantry Trilux) L2A2 scope and mount for the SLR L1A1 rifle. This example was manufactured by Avimo Ltd and is dated October 1976 with the correct British army codes and broad arrow acceptance stamp. The optics are superb and are crystal clear. The scope has its original rubber eye piece. The S.U.I.T. L2A2 scopes were used by British forces during the Falklands war and the troubles in Northern Ireland.
