Deactivated British Army SLR L1A1

A great condition early production British military issued SLR L1A1. Manufactured by Enfield it is dated 1962 and fitted with all wood furniture. Broad arrow marked and with all visible numbers matching. The L1A1 was the mainstay of the British army through many post-war conflicts. It was most famously used during the Falklands War. Firing the hard-hitting 7.62mm round, this weapon is remembered fondly by squaddies across the world. Deactivated to current specifications it comes with a correct SLR canvas sling .
