  • Availability: Out Of Stock

One of the most iconic Second World War weapons, the German MP40 Submachine gun. This example is marked BNZ 43(Steyr 1943), and is correctly stamped with Waffen code WaA623 on all parts including bolt plunger. Many matched parts with lovely deep cherry Bakelite foregrip. The serial number has no letter suffix which indicates that this example is early 1943 and is number 2384th of that years production. It is also fitted with rare aluminum grips and has the early slotted magazine port. Used throughout WWII by German forces. If captured, Allied troops or resistance groups often favoured the MP40 over there own weapons, as it was reliable and used the readily available 9mm ammunition. Deactivated to current specifications it is still partially strippable. Comes fitted with an original leather sling and wartime magazine.
