Deactivated WWII French MAS Mle.1936 (MAS-36) rifle

Deactivated  WWII French  MAS Mle.1936 (MAS-36) rifle. Officially adopted by French military in 1936, they were used during WW2. Often see in the hand of the French resistant and partisans. It has a clever removable and reversible bayonet that can be fitted quickly. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
