A very nice original matching numbers French Berthier Carbine Mle M.16. First adopted into French military service in 1892, they were saw action in both world wars. This example is in super original condition with lovely light grained wood work and correct leather sling. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
