Deactivated Old Spec WWII German MG42 Light Machine Gun

Deactivated WWII German MG42 Light Machine Gun manufactured by AR (Mauser).The makers codes AR and DF date this one to 1944 production. Fitted with a late war and less common bakelite stock and the flip-up anti aircraft sight. An excellent, heavily Nazi WaA stamped example of the feared MG42. It had a fantastic rate of fire at 1200 rounds a minute. Known by US troops as Hitler's buzz saw. Still in use in a modified form today. A real German WWII classic. Deactivated in 1989 to old specifications with a working action it can be field stripped, cocked and dry fired. Available with belt, 7.92mm rounds and drum magazine.
