WW2 German K98 Parade Bayonet & Scabbard by Carl Julius Kreb, Solingen

This is a WW2 Nazi issued K98 Parade Bayonet & Scabbard that was made by Carl Julius Kreb, Solingen. This variant has the short blade measuring 20cm (just under 8 inches) to the hilt. The cross guard and pommel look to be made by alloy and have renmants of the chrome / nickel plated finish between the Antler Horn grips section, and the mounting slot has the red felt cover. The steel scabbard retains the majority of its black painted finish and is fitted with a period correct black leather frog.
