WW2 German Bakelite lantern

An original WWII German Bakelite lantern. Often referred to as trench lantern, they were also used in a variety of other roles during the war being issued by Railway personnel and guards. This example is in good original condition was a Nazi military acceptance stamp on the hanger bracket. The Waffen code WaA387 was only allocated to 4 different manufactures during the early part of WW2, from 1936 to 1939.
