WWII dated Bren gun MKI sustained fire tripod complete with anti aircraft attachments

This is a WWII dated Bren gun MKI sustained fire tripod complete with anti aircraft attachments. Marked with the makers initials “AGE” which stands for Australian General Electric, dated 1942 with broad arrow acceptance stamps. It is fitted with graduated adjustable traversing and elevating mechanisms together with adjustable legs with correct clamps & mounting brackets. The frame is marked "17 PL, sec 1" which is beleived to represent 17th Platoon, Section 1.
