This is a Second World War Nazi Browning High Power 9mm pistol. This variant was designated as the P640(b) and dates to 1942 production. In 1942 the Nazi introduced shortcuts to help speed up output and changed the serialization by adding the letter A. So this pistol is number 13,508th from block "a". It has matching numbers to frame, barrel and slide and is correctly marked with Waffen code WaA140, and has its original wooden grips. The "Hi Power" was very popular with both Nazi military and police personnel. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked and dry fired. Comes with an EU/UK deactivation certificate.
