Inert WW1 British 6pdr Tank Round

This is a 1918 dated 6 pdr mkIII round. The brass case is broad arrow stamped and date 18 = 1918 with the letter 'K' for the firm Kynoch. The driving band on the projectile has suffered considerable impact which suggests it may have failed to detonate on impact? The 6 pounder round was used on the British MK1 to MKIV tanks and naval guns however, naval rounds are normally marked with a capital N.
