Inert WW1 British No34 Hand Grenade

A First World War British No34 egg grenade. Introduced in 1917 to counter the German's "Eierhandgranate" egg grenade. These grenades were better suited for close quarters trench warfare. This one is reputed to have been recovered from the battlefields of France. The condition would confirm this to be true. It still has the ring pull intact.
