Nazi Flag Pole Pennant Finial - Kriegemarine marked

This is a rare Kriegsmarine marked cast aluminum Third Reich Eagle and Nazi Swastika pennant or finial. It would have adorned the top of flag pole. The military acceptance stamp bears the Nazi Eagle with the letter M (Kriegsmarine) to the left and II/3 or 6 to the right. The initials are RE maybe those of the maker? They were used during parade and marching ceremonies and can be seen in Nazi propaganda films. Being made from aluminum this example would not corrode or rust if in contacted with salt water.
