Nazi Fire Police Parade Dagger

This is a Nazi Fire Police (Feuerschutzpolizei) parade dagger with steel scabbard and leather frog. The dagger was made by WKC - Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co. The majority of the plated finish is retained on the blade with a very small amount worn at the very tip on both sides. The cross guard has the leather buffer. The original riveted black grips are undamaged with a birds head pommel. The Feuerschutzpolizei was made up of all the professional fire departments under the national command structure organised by the Nazi Government between 1933-45.
