Deactivated Walther PPK with accessories
- Product Code: 5131ppk
- Availability: Out Of Stock
This is a stunning condition Walther PPK dating to the mid 1960s. At first glance it would appear to be just like any other PPK however, the slide markings are not standard. The originals look to have been deliberatly removed and then "Walther Cal. 7.65mm " laser engraved. As to why this was done is curently unknown. Perhaps it was damaged in service or its true identity needed to be concealed? A great many PPK's were used by covert and special ops teams during the Cold War period, was this PPK one of them!!!! To further add intrigue the pistol comes with a rare Holsters Unlimited (HU) military issued leather holster dated 1976. Hosters Unlimited was formally Paul Evers holsters who is well known for supplying the British MOD and our Special Forces with holsters. The British adopted the Walther PP designating it as the L66A1. Coincidentally the PPK box accompanying this pistol was originally issued with .22 PPK of similar vintage!!
The Walther PPK is synonymous with James Bond "007" as his weapon of choice. This set would be an ideal candidate for a 007 collector.
Deactivated with a working action.
