Inert WW2 Polish wz.33 hand grenade

This is a scarce WW2 Polish hand grenade designated as the wz.33. Introduced in 1933 as the standard Polish army "defensive grenade" they were is service until 1945. Poland was quickly overwelmed by the invading German forces taking them just 35 days to complete. Whilst under occupation the German's utilised the Polish armourments for its own forces. Polish resistance groups also used them against the Nazi whilst under occupation. The Star and crescent symbols are the makers mark of the Staporkow Factory.
