This is an all mtaching numbers Yugoslavian SKS M59/66 Assault Rifle with Grenade Launcher Attachment. The M59 SKS Carbine which is similiar to the original Soviet Siminov SKS 45, the Yugoslavian model differs with blade style bayonet, a flip-up ladder grenade sight, and a NATO specification .22mm grenade launcher on the end of the barrel. Deactivated with moving trigger and safety.
