Deactivated Yugoslav M56 SMG

This is a Yugoslavian M56 Submachine gun. As the designation suggests, it was designed in 1956. The Yugoslav's used the WW2 German MP40 platform and then improved on it, the result was this version capable of firing up to 600 rounds per minute. A very reliable weapon they were in military service many decades. Some are still in use today.

 

Deactivated using its original bolt that can be locked back in the safe position and will return under spring tension. The magazine is removable and contains several inert rounds.
