Deactivated WW2 Lend Lease Savage Lee Enfield No4 Rifle

A Second World War Lend Lease Lee Enfield No4 MKI* Rifle with matching bolt. This rifle was manufactured by US firm Savage Stevens during the war under the Lend Lease agreement. This agreement was between the UK and US Governments where by the US supplied the British with various weapons. These weapons were marked "US Property" and were shipped over for use by British and Allied troops. The stock has the standard British armorers repair and is a good indication that it saw active service. Deactivated with a working action.
