Although Switzerland remained neutral during WW1 it did have difficulties with its borders and neighboring countries. Germany wanted to use it as a means of trying to outflank the French fortifications. And from late 1914 until the spring of 1918, Swiss troops were deployed in the Jura region along the French border over concern that the war might spill into Switzerland. Deactivated to current specifications with moving bolt and trigger. The magazine can be removed and loaded with inert rounds.
