This is a Czech manufactured CZ VZ61 Skorpian machine pistol . This small and compact gun was original designed for use by tank crews, signallers and other personnel who had no need for anything larger than a pistol. They were also used by special forces units and other covert agencies. This example has matching numbers, dates to 1966 (Cold War era).
Deactivated to current specifications with tension bolt/cocking lever that return under spring tension. Included is a holster with cleaning rod and one spare magazine with pouches.
