Deactivated Royal Navy Issued Webley MK6 .455 Revolver

This is a rare 1919 dated Webley MK6 .455 revolver that is marked N.18. = Navy, weapon number 18. The letter N was only applied to British Royal Navy property and is seldom seen on a Webley MK6. The original factory serial numbers that appear on the frame, barrel and cylinders, all of which are matched, have been struck through after which the Navy property marked was applied. This revolver would have been issued to a Naval Officer or ranked offical within the British Navy. Deactivated with clear chambers.
