Deactivated RARE VERY WW2 Italian Air Force Breda Machine Gun

This is a very rare WW2 Italian Air force Breda-SAFAT machine gun dated 1936. Manufactured by Breda-SAFAT who produced weapons for the Italian Air forces from the 1930s and 1940s. This model of gun was fitted to most of the fighters and bombers in service with the Italain Air force from this period and was praised by pilots for its long range and hitting power.

Often overlooked, the Italian Air force was involved in the Battle of Dunkirk in 1940, attacking the French Air force in June 1940.
