Deactivated French MAS 1873 Revolver

An original French MAS model 1873 revolver. Manufacture d'armes de Saint Etienne, dated 1876 and with all matching numbers. Often referred to as the "Officers model" . They are beautifully engineered, the cylinder spindle doubles as a screw driver for maintenance. Internally the craftsmanship is also apparent. They were used by the French army in both world wars. Chambered in a massive 11mm these large framed revolvers were well suited for close quarters trench warfare. Deactivated to current specifications with clear chambers.
