A rare opportunity to own a first year of manufacture Mauser C96 Schnellfeuer pistol with a selection of period correct accessories. This C96 dates to 1932, the first year on production! Around 98,000 or so were ever made with production ceasing is 1936. "Schnellfeuer" means “fast fire”, and is capable of fully automatic fire. Other designations that it was given were the M1932 or M712. The black leather holster is made specifically for this model and are rarely seen. Also included are two magazines, one standard 10 round and a high capacity 20 round example. Both have the Mauser banner on the base plates and come with several inert 7.63mm rounds.

The Schnellfeuer was chambered in 7.63mm, a nonstandard German military calibre and deemed unsuitable for frontline troops. The majority were issued to the Waffen SS and other Nazi paramilitary organisations. They were hugely popular within these groups and units and were used to great effect throughout WWII, and along with the PO8 Luger, the Schnellfeuer was a very popular bring back by Allied troops.
