Deactivated AMD65 Paratrooper (AK47)

This is an AMD65, the Hungarian made Paratrooper variant of the AKM (AK47). AMD65 is an abbreviation for Automata Módosított Deszantfegyver 1965  = Automatic Modified Paratrooper Weapon/Model of 1965. The design utilises the AK platform with the addition of a sideways folding stock, shorter barrel with forward hand grip to make it more compact and easier to carry whilst parachuting. They proved very popular with many armed forces around the world, most notable being used by selective units of the US Special forces who used them during the Vietnam War.

This example is available in two different deactivated specs.

Its currently deactivated with a fixed bolt carrier, moving trigger and safely lever £495.

Or can be reworked with a moving bolt carrier, trigger and safely lever £595.
