This is a beautiful condition 1867 dated Snider .577 three band rifle. The lock bears the Royal Crown acceptance and date of 1867. The action gate features the early type without lock / release catch and retains the original chain with protective nipple cover. The action is still firm and crisp locking back on both half and full cock. The bore is in very good condition throughout.
This lovely rifle is chambered in an obsolete calibre and can therefore be owned live without any form of license.
It is being sold as a collectors piece only.
