Deactivated OLD SPEC MAS Model 1874 Revolver

An original French MAS model 1874 revolver, chambered in 11mm.  Manufacture d'armes de Saint Etienne, dated 1879 and with all matching numbers. Often referred to as the "Officers model" . They are beautifully engineered, the cylinder spindle doubles as a screw driver for maintenance. They were used by the French army in both world wars. The model 1874 is much rare than the 1873 and has a slightly shorter barrel and chamber length and has distinctive fluted external chamber walls. This revolver was deactivated to old specifications in 1994 with clear chambers and barrel and can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
