This is a rare WWII US M2 Pineapple grenade with launcher attachment or as it was designated by the US militray the; "Adapter Grenade Projection M1".  Stamped "GML 43" with the date of 1945 below. The M1 was only used during WWII, first introduced in 1941 it will fit the M1903 and M1917 rifles.
