Colt white metal medallions with the famous rearing horse logo. Initials E.P on base of the butt strap, rearing horse logo on the frame and Colt address and patents for 1884, 1900 and 1905 on the top of the barrel. A large number of these police revolvers were reissued to the British Army during WWII.
