Deactivated Colt 1911 in the hard hitting .45 calibre. This is a great looking weapon with a fully working action - can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.When I asked WWII American veteran why he carried a Colt .45 all the way through the war he answered "because they didn't make a Colt .46.......... That says it all!. The classic hard hitting WWII pistol. These Pistols are getting hard to find at the moment.

Comes with it's original 1942 dated leather holster (same date as the pistol).
