Deactivated British 7.62 calibre L1A1 with wooden furniture and original sling. Deactivated in 1990 with a working action it can be cocked and dry fired. The L1A1 was the mainstay of the British army through post-war conflicts. Used by the Austrailians in Veitnam. Firing the hard-hitting 7.62 round, this weapon is remembered fondly by squaddies across the world. A really excellent condition example of this classic weapon.
