A short lever MKIII Martini Henry rifle in lovely condition with an excellent strong rifled bore. This is a live rifle and not deactivated. Because of its age and calibre it is legal to own without any documentation. It is dated 1884 and was manufactured by Enfield. The bayonet is also dated 1884 and is in good condition apart from some staining in places. It also comes with a reproduction leather sling. A great item for the Zulu war fan. This not one of the usual Indian examples and is a great collectors item.
